Your role from welcoming customers to agreeing on closing deals, you’ll support the Service Advisors and Managers in ensuring a smooth customer journey all the way to the car delivery. A receptionist greets customers as they enter our Service Centre, takes their basic information and shows them to their Service Advisors and the waiting lounge, and instructs our office boy to provide them with refreshments. You may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the various services, and assist Service Advisors when necessary. Your profile Switched on and passionate, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, products, and services. We’ll expect you to have the relevant customer service background

Requirements Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent Ability to work as part of a team and covering all the aspects of the reception area.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.
  • Presentable Key Attributes: Communication and interpersonal skills, Ethical practice, Very good command over English, both written and spoken, Arabic Speaking will be an added advantage. Good negotiation skills. Professional Attire.
  • Telephone Skills, Getting 5-star customer feedback in google and converting customers to Social Media Followers
