Female Customer Service Representative - work from home (Call Centre)

This is a great opportunity for ladies who have excellent communication skills to provide customer services but do not want to leave their homes. You can be based anywhere in the UAE although residence in Dubai or Sharjah will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities of the job holder are:
  • Attend all telephone calls from the company's clients in a professional and pleasant way.
  • Make telephone calls to potential clients/leads and book them for fitness training sessions with the personal trainers of the company.
  • Maintain a record of all new business leads.
  • Generate client reports for the management as required

Good command over English is a must. Arabic will be a clear advantage. You must have a pleasant personality and feel comfortable in speaking to clients.

You must also be conversant with Microsoft Excel and have your own computer/laptop. Company will provide the phone.

Prior experience in sales/customer service/call centre will be preferred.

Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month
