About the role:
We are hiring a designer and front-end developer to help optimize our marketing website, build landing pages, and dig into user experience issues with our web application. Strong knowledge of illustrator, photoshop, indesign, HTML, CSS and JS are essential. If you can write in react.js or rails - even better.
We are a small and agile team - you have a lot of responsibility to create products used by hundreds of thousands of people and see immediate impact from your work. We iterate fast and aim to push out product improvements every week.

- Improving our web and mobile experiences
- Product design and UX testing
- Landing page design
- Marketing site refresh, testing, and design
- Designing and implementing new features
- Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Sketch

- Javascript
We focus on results, not hours. We are by in large a distributed team and while we are based in Vancouver we offer optional remote work.
